If you’ve been thinking of putting your home on the market, now is the time!  Spring is generally a better time to list your home, but this year in particular, we are seeing a burst of activity.  According to a recent article in the Democrat and Chronicle, “This year, the inventory is especially low, sparking bidding wars and multiple offers in some cases, area real estate professionals say.”

It’s true!  In the past couple months I have had several properties sell in 24 hours!  One. Day.  I posted a few of the pictures below.  There is variety in these homes too.  Different locations, different price points, but the common thread is that they were staged, marketed professionally and all sold within a day.
