“It was the cookie! The cookie sold the house!”
Those are the words I heard when I recently spoke to fellow Real Estate Agent Joe Ryan. Joe brought a buyer to my listing at Harvest Glen this past summer. As a fun marketing promotion, I had cookies made in the likeness of the home!
I put together these sweet treats for a group of agents with potentially interested buyers! I wanted the cookies to make an impression but I also wanted to call upon my fellow agents. Cooperation is imperative in a competitive market! My mantra is “work together and do whatever it takes” to achieve success for my clients!
I laughed when Joe said “The cookie sold the house!” The cookie helped, but really it was the cooperation; having a good working relationship with other agents and vendors translates to more success for buyers and sellers. Joe and I have closed several other deals together. It feels great to come together and help people realize their dreams!
In my job I’m lucky to work with many talented professionals and I’m constantly building relationships! Laura Gilbert of @laura_bakescakes is a baker extraordinaire who I have called upon MANY times! She always delivers! She made these gorgeous cookies. They taste as good as they look!
