    My latest listing has all the feels of a Joanna Gaines-style fixer upper but is located in Mendon, New York!

    The gorgeous home is filled with nearly 4000 square feet of living space and has three acres of land! The entry is so welcoming and immediately makes you feel like you’ve stepped into an episode of HGTV’s hit show! It’s all done!
