Today I’m back with the after pictures from our Second Chance Home.  This project was a labor of love for all who were involved.  I knew from the get-go this home had great potential and wanted to show it off!  After our two-week plan had been executed, I re-listed the home.

I am happy to report the house sold the FIRST WEEK after multiple offers were presented!

It goes to show how hiring the right people and sometimes making a small investment can help you achieve your larger goal.  This house sat on the market for 6 months before I came on the scene.
