I’ve read several articles recently about the condo/townhome appeal.  More and more people are opting for townhome life due to the easy lifestyle.  You might be surprised to hear that even many first-time home buyers are opting for townhomes!  It all boils down to quality of living!  Townhomes and condos often offer great amenities and time-savers for the homeowner.
